SendFit Support

SendFit compresses one video on-device to a maximum file size you choose.

Getting started

1. Select a video from Photos or Files, or open a compatible video in SendFit from another app.
2. Choose a maximum output size.
3. Tap Compress.
4. Save the result, export it to Files, or share it with another app.

Common questions

Does SendFit upload my video? No. Compression runs on your iPhone or iPad.

Why is the output smaller or lower quality? SendFit adjusts video bitrate and, when necessary, resolution to stay within the maximum size you selected.

Why don’t I see an ad? Ads depend on consent, network availability, inventory, and conservative frequency limits. They never block compression.

A file will not import. Confirm it is a supported video file and that the source remains available until importing finishes.

For a reproducible issue, include the iOS version, SendFit version, input video duration/resolution, selected size target, and a description of the result. Do not attach private videos unless you choose to do so. Open a GitHub issue at VioletXF/send-fit Issues.
